KEY LIME PIE SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 tsp gluten-free vanilla extract
- handful organic baby spinach leaves
- 1 lime, juiced + zest
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Juice Plus+ Complete in French Vanilla)
Directions: Mix all ingredients together in blender and enjoy! For extra show - crumble some gluten-free graham crackers on top.
