I’m very excited to share Stevie Richard’s Protein Waffles recipe with you all today.
For those of you who don’t follow wrestling or DDP YOGA, Stevie is an American professional wrestler who has been in the ring performing for over 20 years. He’s won over 22 championship matches and has devoted his life to living a healthy lifestyle so he can continue to live well and perform in front of millions.
Stevie Richards, aka Michael Manna, is also a great friend and colleague of mine at DDP YOGA and healthy eating (and fitness) is what we love to do!
I am very fortunate that I get to workout for a living, but just working out isn’t enough. It’s really important that you EAT CLEAN and eat well to really get the most of your workouts.
Stevie works out more than any of us and because of that he needs healthy and nutritious meals that are rich in complex carbohydrates, healthy fats and protein. Today, he’s sharing one of his go-to breakfast recipes with us: Protein Waffles using Orgain protein powder.
Check out his video below and leave a comment letting us know what you think!
