Join us for the Fall Fit Challenge Micro Workouts that will give you a great bod in less than a month! | BodyRebooted.com

This month we’re all about making time for you!

Whether you’re working a 9-5 job or you’re a stay-at-home parent, this challenge is made for you. All you need is 3 minutes an hour for 8 hours a day (Monday – Friday) and you’ve got yourself a workout that will give you excellent results!

These micro-workouts have been proven to be just as effective as one 20+ minute session of a steady workout, but they’re really convenient for people working in offices or home with the kiddos.

Set you alarm to go off every hour from 9am – 4pm and when you turn it off start your 3 minute workout. Don’t wait, just do it and then you can go back to what you were doing.
