When I think about the 80’s I instantly am reminded of Madonna, Prince & Michael Jackson and all my other records that I loved to dance on top of my bed to. I think they’re just perfect for working out to because I’m singing along to all of them and before I know it I’m done working out!

I’m a little more of a rock girl, so most of these have a rock vibe which makes this playlist perfect for lifting or having a dance party with the kids in the living room.
