Find a chair you can step on and let’s get to work!

I love using everyday household objects to incorporate into my workouts. For example, you can use a can of beans in place of dumbbells or a water jug in place of a kettlebell. Today, we’re using a good ol’ fashioned chair to help take your workout to the next level. A step would also work perfectly if you have one.

All you need is a chair and some water and you’re ready to go! Remember to always listen to your body and modify when you need to and don’t forget to stretch!

  • 20 Squats with Alternating Kickback
  • 10 Tricep Dips
  • 10 Lunge Step Ups, each side
  • 10 Standing Oblique Crunches, each side
  • 10 Split Lunges, each side
  • 10 Standing Criss-Cross Leg Lifts, each side
  • 20 Tippie Toe Leg Lifts, each side
  • 10 No-Touch Elevated Mountain Climbers, each side
  • 10 1-Legged Bridge Lifts, each side
  • 20 Seated Knee Tucks
  • SEATED SIDE STRETCH
  • SEATED KNEE FOLD FORWARD
  • CHAIR DOWNWARD FACING DOG

COMPLETE CIRCUIT IN FULL AND ADD IN TO ANY CURRENT WORKOUT REGIMEN.

  5. Most of people everyday using their household objects to incorporate into their workouts. It is good and best idea for all because I think chair is just not for sitting, it is also usefull for workouts. I already watched this video in this post and very usefull post.
