Waking up in the morning can be a struggle sometimes with stiff joints and achy backs and that’s why we created this workout! In just 10 minutes you’ll feel pumped up and ready to start your day!

This workout is set up as a pyramid, so you’ll be working up from 10, by 5’s to 30 and then back down to 10. The more you do this morning workout the better your days will be!

  • 10 Arm Circles Forward + 10 Arm Circles Backwards
  • 15 Squats
  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 25 Mountain Climbers
  • 30 Bicycle Crunches
  • 25 Calf Raises
  • 20 Side Lunges
  • 15 Wall Pushups
  • 10 Lunge Drops

Then Stretch!
