All you need is 10 minutes and you’re on your way to killer abs!

Everyone has 10 minutes right?!

You could use 10 minutes to check your email, skim facebook posts or watch some TV…OR…you could hit play and get a killer ab workout in and THEN go back to doing those things!

I really love to put this workout at the end of a workout. It’s quick and efficient and really hits all the muscles of the abdominal region.

  • Plie Squat Side Bends
  • Slow Pushups
  • V-Twists
  • Straight Leg Reverse Crunch
  • Crunches
  • High Flutter Kicks
  • Criss-Cross Scissor Kicks
  • Bicycle Crunch Holds
  • Side Plank (Left)
  • Side Plank (Right)
  • Forearm Plank
  • Ballet Twist Stretch

THIS IS THE PERFECT WORKOUT TO ADD AT THE END OF ANOTHER WORKOUT AND/OR ON YOUR REST DAYS.
