Partner Workout Stretch




Grab a friend and sweat together with this partner workout!

All you need for this workout is a friend and some water. I brought one of my dearest friends, Shannon, in to sweat with me and we had a blast! Not only did we sweat and burn a ton of calories, we also laughed until our cheeks were sore, so it was definitely a fantastic time together!

As always we are using my favorite Manduka Mat wearing the Polar Heart Rate Monitor so we can see our calorie burn at the end. Remember to always listen to your body and modify when you need to and don’t forget to stretch!

  • 60 seconds Jump Rope
  • 20 Plank Jacks
  • 20 Squat & Punch
  • 20 Standing Twist & Pass
  • 20 Plank Claps
  • 20 count Wall Sit
  • 20 Alternating Lunges we did double the first round by accident 😉
  • 20 Crunch & Plank, then switch
  • 20 Leg Throwdowns, then switch

Repeat this circuit again by cutting everything in half:

  • 30 seconds Jump Rope
  • 10 Plank Jacks
  • 10 Squat & Punch
  • 10 Standing Twist & Pass
  • 10 Plank Claps
  • 10 count Wall Sit
  • 10 Alternating Lunges we did double the first round by accident 😉
  • 10 Crunch & Plank, then switch
  • 10 Leg Throwdowns, then switch

And cut it in half one more time!

  • 15 seconds Jump Rope
  • 5 Plank Jacks
  • 5 Squat & Punch
  • 5 Standing Twist & Pass
  • 5 Plank Claps
  • 5 count Wall Sit
  • 5 Alternating Lunges we did double the first round by accident 😉
  • 5 Crunch & Plank, then switch
  • 5 Leg Throwdowns, then switch

STRETCHES:

  • Raised Bridge / Fold Forward, then switch
  • V Stretch x 3
