Your indoor cardio warmup for any workout!

Warming up your muscles before a workout helps prepare your body for what’s to come. You’ll increase your flexibility, increase blood flow to muscles and help prevent injuries; to name a few.

Put this 5 minute warmup on the front of any Body Rebooted Fitness workout or before a run, weight lifting session or even sports like soccer & basketball.

There’s no equipment needed so grab your heart rate monitor if you’ve got it (I use the Polar H7), some water and hit play!

  • 50 Jumping Jacks
  • 25 Crunches
  • 5 Slow Pushups
  • 20 Alternating High Knee Crunches
  • 15 Squats
  • 5 Burpees
  • 30 Butt Kickers
  • 10 High Knees
  • 60 second Wall Sit
