Core Circuit Workout

Get ready to work your CORE with this circuit workout you can do at home!

Aim to repeat this circuit 2-3 times for a killer core workout and don’t forget to stretch afterwards! Here are my 7 essential cooldown stretches plus a few bonus ones too! You won’t need any equipment for this workout, just bring your energy and get ready to feel the burn!

I use my Manduka PRO yoga mat, but you can do this without a mat, especially if you’re on carpet. Remember to always listen to your body and modify when you need to. Don’t forget to cool down and stretch afterwards and grab some BeautyFit Recover BCAA’s to help aid in muscle tissue repair & recovery. Use code CR-BF20 for 20% off your entire order at BeautyFit.com.

Ready to go? Grab some water and hit play!
