Strengthen your legs and glutes with this at home circuit workout.

Strong sexy legs are always at the top of my list and not just because I stand 6’1″ tall. I just love the way long and toned legs look in jeans, in mini skirts, short shorts and in yoga pants..OK, so pretty much in everything!

Aim for 3 circuits of this workout with a 5-10 minute stretch at the end. This is a great workout that you can do as is or add to your current workout regimen twice a week.

  • Jumping Jacks + Toe Taps + Full Standing Leg Circles

SET 1:

  • 10 x Uneven Block Squats (Left)
  • 10 x Uneven Block Squats (Right)
  • 10 x Lunge Kickbacks (Left)
  • 10 x Lunge Kickbacks (Right)
  • 10 x Plie Squat Calf Raises

SET 2:

  • 10 x Downward Dog Squats
  • 10 x Froggie Plank Jumps
  • 10 x Plank Leg Raises (Left)
  • 10 x Plank Leg Raises (Right)
  • 10 x Lying Diamond V Kicks

SET 3:

  • 10 x Plank Slides
  • 10 x Lying Side Leg Lifts (Left)
  • 10 x Lying Split Leg Lifts (Left)
  • 10 x Lying Side Leg Lifts (Right)
  • 10 x Lying Split Leg LIfts (Right)

COMPLETE CIRCUIT 3 TIMES IN TOTAL THEN STRETCH FOR 5-10 MINUTES.
