15 Min HIIT Workout

HIIT workouts are awesome for maximizing calorie burn!

You may feel like one time through this workout is enough, and rightfully so, as it’s pretty intense. Good news is that time flies by so if you’re feeling it, hit play again for 2 more rounds and you’ve got yourself an awesome 15 minute workout!

No equipment needed, but make sure to keep hydrated and grab a towel to wipe off the sweat during rest breaks. Remember to always listen to your body and modify when you need to and don’t forget to cool down and stretch afterwards.

After a great workout, I love to refuel with Orgain Protein Powder. Take 1 cup nut milk, 2 scoops Orgain, 1/2 frozen banana and a handful of spinach and mix in blender until smooth. Drink and enjoy the post-workout shake!

Ready to go? Grab some water and hit play!
