Easy towel workout at home

Don’t you love when simple household items can really amp up your workout? I do!

All you need for this workout is 2 towels, dish towels or hand towels work best, and a place to workout that won’t give you any friction like hardwood floors or tile. You CAN do this on carpet too, but you’ll need to use discs or sliders.

This is a 5 minute circuit workout so you can adjust it to your fitness level. If you’re a beginner do once through, intermediate twice and advance 3 times through with a 60-90 second rest between circuits.

You are going to be working your core and you’ll get a bonus cardio workout if you do each circuit through without stopping too long between exercises.

 

Ready to go? Grab some water, do a 5 minute warm-up and then hit play!

  • 10 x Squat & Slide (left)
  • 10 x Squat & Slide (right)
  • 10 x Reverse Lunge (left)
  • 10 x Reverse Lunge (right)
  • 10 x Ab Tucks
  • 10 x Single Leg Bridge Slide (left)
  • 10 x Single Leg Bridge Slide (right)
  • 10 x Mountain Climbers
  • 10 x Plank Jack Slides
  • 10 x Reverse Plank V Slides
  • 5 x Oblique Ab Tucks

DON’T FORGET TO COOL DOWN & STRETCH FOR 5-10 MINUTES AFTER.
