Primal Pit Paste for the win!

I’m a trainer, and therefore sweat for a living, so you can imagine how important it is for me to not smell bad when I’m with my clients.

For the last 30 years I’ve been using conventional deodorants and antiperspirants. It wasn’t until 2 years ago that I learned just how horrible they are for us! Most antiperspirants you find at the store contain aluminum which clogs sweat glands and prevents sweating. They also contain parabens, sulfates and other lab-created ingredients that are harmful to our bodies.

So what happens if you use them? All those toxins stay IN your body and build up under your skin. The aluminum actually makes you sweat INTO your body instead of out of it. GROSS!

Ever since I learned this information I’ve been on the hunt for a natural deodorant. I’ve tried and tested numerous natural deodorants to find a suitable replacement that’s great for my body AND for my client’s sense of smell. lol

Primal Pit Paste for the win!

It wasn’t until 1 month ago that I FINALLY found a product that works!

I am super excited to tell you all about Primal Pit Paste and their amazing natural deodorant line!! {When you’re done reading about all their awesomeness, don’t forget to enter the giveaway to try and win some for yourself!}.

What is Primal Pit Paste?

It’s a natural deodorant that’s designed to support the body’s detox process. Instead of clogging your sweat glands, it allows your pits to sweat but also neutralizes the odor from bacteria and absorbs wetness and it does it with all natural and organic ingredients. Sounds like what every deodorant should do, right?!!

Level 2 primal pit paste works the best for me

So what ingredients are in Primal Pit Paste?

  • aluminum-free baking soda (neutralizes odor causing bacteria)
  • arrowroot powder
  • kaolin clay
  • coconut oil & shea butter (anti-microbial agents + smooths skin)
  • essential oils (scented only)
  • organic beeswax (stick)
  • non-GMO Vitamin E from 100% sunflowers

What’s not in Primal Pit Paste?

  • aluminum
  • bpa packaging
  • synthetic fragrance
  • harsh chemicals

Primal Pit Paste is also gluten-free, the jars and containers are recyclable and made in the USA (Tampa, FL to be exact) and most importantly….IT WORKS!

Primal Pit Paste products to love!

My 2 favorite scents in the deodorant jars are coconut lime and orange creamsicle and I alternate between them every day. I’m also in love with the lavender deodorant spray which I’ll use in the morning before I put on my deodorant and maybe between clients as a refresher.

Detox naturally with Primal Pit Paste

For the first 2 weeks I used the charcoal detox deodorant along with the skin soothing serum every night. Every person’s detox is a little different, but 2 weeks is what worked for me.

I think my favorite thing about finding a product that I’ll incorporate into my life (and my hubby and kid’s life) on a daily basis is being able to host a giveaway so that someone else can experience the awesomenesss too!
