5 Steps to Binge Recovery

At one point or another, we’ve all had those days where one cocktail turns into 5, a single doughnut leads to a day full of indulgences or a celebratory meal turns into a weekend feast!  We’re all human and sometimes life just gets in the way.  THE most important thing to do after you realize your ‘hiccup’ is to GET BACK TO A HEALTHY DIET!  All your hard work is NOT for nothing – so DON’T GIVE UP!  Don’t throw in the towel and tell yourself that you couldn’t do it and go back to eating processed foods and garbage.  You are worth so much more!   The next time your diet has an ‘Oops Moment’ – make sure you’ve got the 5 steps to Binge Recovery with you so you can implement it and be back to a healthy you in no time flat!
