Avocado Hummus

Making your own hummus is so simple and with the addition of avocados – you can take it to the next level of healthy!


  • 1 x 15 oz can organic chickpeas
  • 2 avocados, ripe & peeled
  • 2 Tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1/2 cup extra light olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Kosher salt & fresh ground pepper, to taste


Place all ingredients in food processor and mix until well blended.  Serve with sliced cucumbers, sweet potato chips, gluten-free bread and/or pretzels.
