There’s no equipment needed for this workout. Our home is all hardwood floors so I use my Manduka PRO mat, but you can do this without a mat, especially if you’re on carpet. Remember to always listen to your body and modify when you need to and don’t forget to stretch!

- 20 Squats
- 10 1-Legged Deadlifts, each side
- 20 Narrow Squats
- 10 Curtsy Kicks, each side
- 20 Plie Squats
- QUAD STRETCH
- 20 Donkey Kicks, each side
- 20 Table Straight Leg Lifts, each side
- 20 Fire Hydrants, each side
- 10 Side Plank Leg Lifts, each side
