VIDEO: Full Body Circuit Workout | 16 Minutes | No Equipment

Spread the love

Get ready to work your whole body with this 16 minute full-body circuit workout you can do at home!

I love circuit workouts because you can tailor them to your fitness level. Complete one circuit, then rest for 60 seconds and repeat 2-3 more times if you’re feeling good! Aim for a goal of 3 times through so you get the full 16 minute circuit workout!

There’s no equipment needed for this workout. Our home is all hardwood floors so I use my Manduka PRO mat, but you can do this without a mat, especially if you’re on carpet. Remember to always listen to your body and modify when you need to.

Want to really gauge your workouts and take them to the next level? I recommend wearing a bluetooth heart rate monitor (HRM). I love the Polar H7 but all are pretty great. By having the HRM app open you’ll be able to get your total calories burned and see how much of your workout was in the fat burning zone!

DID YOU USE A HRM? HOW MANY CALORIES DID YOU BURN? LET ME KNOW IN THE COMMENTS BELOW!
