The month of love has arrived! ♥

It’s February and I’m hoping you’re are still going strong with your clean eating and exercise. If not, it’s time to get back to it and show yourself some love.

That’s right, this month we’re going all in to love ourselves with some circuit training workouts 5 times per week. You’ll work your entire body making this the perfect stand alone workout or an add-on to your current workout schedule.

For beginners, you’ll want to start by doing this circuit one time. If you feel comfortable, try for a 2nd round and if you’re really feeling it, hit it a 3rd time! Rest for 2 minutes between sets and don’t forget to breathe!

If you need to modify, go for it! It’s all about building strength and making progress from day 1 to day 28.

You’re only competition is yourself.

If you don’t know exactly what something is, just google it and you’ll find lots of videos to show you proper form or just ask a question in the comment section below.
