There have been so many delicious chocolate recipes this week for #Choctoberfest! I’m such a huge peanut butter fan so I knew right away that I was going to have to go all in with these chips and see what I could create.

With all the holiday parties coming up, I though a dessert ball was the perfect way to go. They’re simple to make, easy to take with you to parties and they’re always a big hit!

You only need 5 ingredients: cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, Peanutta chips and graham crackers!

Pull your cream cheese block out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before you start so it softens and is easily mixable. Once soft, place in a bowl with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and whisk away. Slightly melt the peanut butter chips and pour into cream cheese mix and whisk again until everything is mixed well.

Place mixture onto plastic wrap and as you wrap it up make sure to shape into a ball. Place in freezer for about 1 hour.

Remove your ball and place on serving dish. Wait 20 minutes, then cover the ball with the remaining chips and serve with graham crackers. Ta-da! Your peanut butter cheesecake dessert is ready to get devoured! Enjoy!

Peanut Butter Cheescake Ball


  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Peanutta peanut butter chips, partially melted + 1/2 cup PB chips for decorating ball
  • gluten-free graham crackers for dipping


  1. Whisk softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Place PB chips in bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, stir and then microwave for 15 more seconds.
  3. Add to cream cheese bowl and continue whisking until mixed well.
  4. Transfer cream cheese mix to plastic wrap, shape into a ball and wrap tightly. Freeze for 1 hour.
  5. Unwrap ball and place on serving plate for 15 minutes.
  6. Press PB chips all over and serve with graham crackers.

Remember those amazing artisan chocolate wine sticks I spoke about earlier? Well they are also from Davis Chocolate and made to pair with wine, champagne, ports and beers.
