Forget about the guilt with this great summer and 4th of July treat! Vanilla Raspberry Protein Ice Cream ❤

You want a dessert because it’s summer and it’s hot!  I get it.

BUT…it’s bathing suit season and sugar is not your friend. I get it.

So what’s the solution?

A healthy treat with a dose of protein!

Perfect for the 4th of July or any summer backyard bar-b-que comes my new favorite ice cream that you don’t have to feel guilty about!

It’s whole foods, it’s super easy to make, and you can use my #BRkitchenhacks for making cleaning up a cinch! Enjoy the videos and recipe below! Hope you got it! 😉




  • 1 frozen banana
  • handful of raspberries (same some for the top)
  • 2 oz vanilla almond milk, unsweetened (I used Silk)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 heaping scoop of Vanilla Bean Orgain Protein Powder
  • handful of ice, as needed to thicken


Pour first 5 ingredients in blender and mix well. If you need to thicken, add ice as needed. Top with raspberries and enjoy!

Now for the super-duper easy-peasy cleanup!
