VIDEO: 10×10 Bodyweight Workout – No Equipment Needed

Join me in our 10×10 workout featuring 10 exercises with 10 reps in under 10 minutes!

I’m always up for shorter workouts on the days my schedule is packed. The best thing about THIS particular workout is that you don’t need anything special…just hit play and get to work!

I like to throw it in when I first get up in the morning (before the kids wake up) and again at night (after the kids are in bed). Sometimes 10 minutes is all I have so this do-anywhere and do-anytime workout is a staple for me.

This entire workout is low-impact and I’ve thrown in modifications to make it easier, if needed. So don’t waste any time…click play and get your sweat on!

  • 10 Squat + Leg Lift (each side)
  • 10 Plank Walkouts
  • 10 Side Lunge Chops (each side)
  • 10 Plie Squats, pulse and hold
  • 10 Plank Hip Dips
  • 10 count Plank
  • 10 Russian Twists
  • 10 Donkey Kickbacks
  • 10 Alternating Heel Taps
  • 10 Superwoman/man Pushups
  • (Child’s pose stretch)
  • Repeat as often as you’d like throughout the day or with a 60 second rest between rounds.

This is a great workout in less than 10 minutes! I do it in the morning and nighttime.
