Build your core 8 minutes at a time!

Hey warriors!

Your core strength is EVERYTHING as you get older so we are going to build it up with this 8 minute plank challenge.

The goal is to do this 3 times per week AFTER another workout and with a day of rest in-between. We want to build and strengthen the muscles, ligaments and tendons in your core, but also your arms, shoulders and legs too!
