Flat Abs Circuit Workout

Flatten those abs with this 15 minute workout!

Creating a strong core is crucial to the health of your spine and all your working parts. When your core is strong, you have better flexibility, better balance and help with posture.

This workout is meant to be challenging. Make note of your plank times and try to beat it by a few seconds each time you press play. The more you do it, the strong you’ll get. Make sure to also eat a healthy diet…you can strengthen that core and build abs all you want, but you also have to lose body fat to see them!

All you need is a mat or a carpeted area for this workout, some water and then press play! Let me know your favorite core exercise in the comments below or on our YouTube channel!

  • Cross Crunches x10
  • Hip Raises x10
  • 15 Second Plank
  • Repeat x1
  • Frog Crunches x10
  • Heel Taps x10
  • 30 Second Plank
  • Repeat x1
  • Side Plank Crunches (L) x10
  • Side Plank Crunches (R) x10
  • 45 Second Plank
  • Repeat x1
  • Cannonball Crunches x10
  • Bicycle Crunches x10
  • 60 Second Plank
  • Repeat x1
