Flat Abs Circuit Workout

Flatten those abs with this 15 minute workout!

Creating a strong core is crucial to the health of your spine and all your working parts. When your core is strong, you have better flexibility, better balance and help with posture.

This workout is meant to be challenging. Make note of your plank times and try to beat it by a few seconds each time you press play. The more you do it, the strong you’ll get. Make sure to also eat a healthy diet…you can strengthen that core and build abs all you want, but you also have to lose body fat to see them!

All you need is a mat or a carpeted area for this workout, some water and then press play! Let me know your favorite core exercise in the comments below or on our YouTube channel!

We could really use your support to keep making weekly workouts. If you’d like to support Body Rebooted on Patreon your donation is greatly appreciated. Please visit: Thank you!

This is the perfect workout to add to the end of any workout or do as-is! Aim for 3x/week for a stronger core and flatter abs.
