Long, strong and lean legs are the name of the game for today’s workout!

I feel like I have the longest legs on the planet so I’m always wanting them to look the best they can…especially with summertime right around the corner. 🙂 I’m 6’1″ and have a 35″ inseam so there’s a lot of leg to work with! haha

My favorite exercise in this circuit workout is the uneven squats…they always seems to do wonders for my thighs. Can’t wait to hear what your favorite move is?

Ready to go? Do a 5 minute warm up first and end don’t forget to stretch at the end!

  • 10 Lunge Drop + Twist (each leg)
  • 10 Dumbbell Deadlifts
  • 10 Uneven Block Squats (each leg)
  • 10 Plank with Leg Lift (each leg)
  • 10 Bridge Leg Lifts (each leg)
  • 10 Count Wall Sit
