VIDEO: Pyramid BodyWeight Workout

Spread the love

A pyramid workout for any time of the day!

Pyramid workouts are so much fun because once you work your way to the top the way down seems so much easier. It’s really a mind game, but it works!

For this week’s workout we’re taking it up by 5’s to 20 and all the way back down. Aim for a single round for beginner, 2x through for intermediate and 3x or more for advanced. No weights needed but you will be gaining strength by using your own bodyweight and you will be getting a great cardio workout too!

Do a 5 minute warm up first and end don’t forget to stretch at the end!

All warmed up? Grab some water then press play!
