Amp up your workout with some resistance bands!

A little resistance can go a long way! We picked up these resistance bands from Insonder for $8.99 on Amazon and create a super fun workout that is low impact and can be done anywhere!

I love that you can take these with you anywhere you go! They’re super affordable and really challenge your muscles just as much as traditional dumbbells. All you have to do is pick between the 5 different levels of resistance and press play!

My favorite move is the clam shells…without resistance I always felt that this exercise didn’t do much for me, but the minute I wrapped the medium intensity resistant band around my thighs I could totally feel the burn!

5 minute warmup (try our indoor cardio warmup)

  • 20 Squats
  • 10 Hip Abductions
  • 10 Tricep Extensions
  • 10 Lat Pulldowns
  • 10 Plank Toe Taps
  • 15 Bicep Curls
  • 10 Donkey Kicks
  • 10 Fire Hydrants
  • 10 Clam Shells
  • 15 Bridges
  • 10 Lying Leg Raises
  • 10 Bicycles
