VIDEO: Wall Workout – At Home Exercise and Workout

Love this wall workout so much!

If you’ve got a wall nearby you can get this workout done in just 5-15 minutes!

Variety is key so this week we are bringing you a fun circuit wall workout you can do just about anywhere.

There are 8 different exercises in total. Do all 8, take a 60 second rest, and aim to do 2 more times through. All muscles are hit in this workout so it’s a great one to add in 3 times/week or to the end of your favorite workout. One round is about 5 minutes…how many can you do?

  • 20 second Wall Sit
  • 10 Wall Pushups
  • 10 Wall Bridge Lifts
  • 10 1-Legged Wall Bridge Lifts, each leg
  • 20 Alternating Toe Touches
  • 10 Mountain Climbers
  • 5 Leg Curls
  • 5 Side Plank Reach Throughs, each side
