Today’s gluten-free featured recipe is one that is sure to become a household staple.  You can spice it up with rosemary or sweeten it with pumpkin & raisins.  Anyway you slice it, it’s going to be good!  Here’s the basic recipe to get you started.  Enjoy!

Gluten Free Bread @BodyRebootedBread, Glorious Bread

  • 1 tbsp. rapid rise yeast
  • 1/4 warm water (not hot)
  • 1.5 cups original unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. blue agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 3 eggs, room temperature
  • 3.5 cups Namaste Perfect Blend Flour (or your favorite gluten-free flour blend)
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. salt

Mix yeast and warm water together in small cup and let sit for 5 minutes.  Warm milk in microwave and mix with oil, agave, and vinegar in mixing bowl.  Add eggs and yeast mixture and blend well.  Add remaining 3 ingredients to mixture and beat on medium speed for 3-4 minutes.

Place dough into well-greased dark loaf pan and cover with greased wax paper.  Let rise for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Bake bread for 30 minutes with foil placed loosely on top.  Remove foil and continue baking bread for another 40 minutes.  Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

*Tip – For easier slicing, turn the bread upside down on the cutting board and slice from the bottom up.  This prevents the bread from being smushed.

  1. Love Namaste’s products. Their pizza dough is pretty good too.
