BAD DAYS.
Everyone has them, nobody wants them, yet they still come and usually when least expected.
So how do we react to them? Most of us are in the habit of letting a “bad day” make us feel like we have a “bad life”. This is NOT the case, but we’re so used to reacting like this it’s become second nature to us.
This is why I am starting the #LoveNotes movement. The next time you’re running late for work, the kids are stressing you out, or your car gets a flat tire - I want to be there to help change your way of thinking. As Diamond Dallas Page says: Life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we react to it. You don’t have to let one bad thing ruin your day, your night, or your week. You just have to learn to take a step back, breathe, and re-evaluate the situation.
