I am always on the lookout for gluten-free foods and healthy products! I am a certified nutritionist and DDP YOGA Trainer interested in any products or services that may help with eating healthy such as: gluten-free foods, cooking, monthly subscription food or snack boxes, supplements, and anything else that will be relevant to both myself and my readers.
With a daily increase in newsletter subscribers, social media followers, and clients, your products and/or services will be seen, tried, loved, and shared with others. Please read below for my policies regarding giveaways, product reviews, and sponsorship.

Giveaways – $50-$250: Any products or services relating to the general content of this blog (i.e. health, fitness, gluten-free, self-help products, gift-certificates, cooking products, apparel, etc.) are accepted to promote your product, service, and/or company. Giveaway Campaign will run for 1 week and includes the following:
- Exclusive product video &/or blog
- Promotion on Facebook Page
- Promotion on Instagram
- Promotion on Pinterest
- Promotion on Twitter for duration of giveaway
- Custom Twitter/Instagram hashtag chosen by Brand
A link to your website will be listed with a description and picture of the product or service that is being offered. All entries will be requested to join my newsletter and asked to visit your website. Giveaways will run for 1 week, unless another time-framed has been agreed upon by both parties. I ask that you please mail the item/product to the winner, in which I will provide you with the winner’s name, mailing address, and email address once the winner is randomly selected through Rafflecopter.com. All giveaway items must be from a vendor that I have also done a review for. Both the review and giveaway can be done together or at separate times.
Product Reviews – $150-$500: If you would like for me to review your product or service, I must receive a full-size sample of all product(s) you would like reviewed. I will write a full review including 1-3 pictures within 1-3 weeks. In return for the product review the following will be included:
- Product/Service Brand Logo
- 1-3 photos of product
- Description of product
- Direct link to product/service website
- What I love about the product, pros and cons (if any)
I will always give my honest opinion about the product and write a positive review. If I find fault in the product/service I will contact you directly – I will never give a negative review and/or speak negatively about the product/company. Once the review is complete you will receive an email link to the blog post. The review will remain on the blog and in the archives at all times.
Sponsors/Advertisers: This blog offers ad spaces for companies at a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and yearly rates. Rates Upon Request. If you would like an alternate-sized ad space or would like to obtain more information please email me directly at email@example.com.
Guest Posts – $75+: At this time I am accepting guest posts on gluten-free food, cooking, and health & nutrition. If you are interested in writing a post on this blog, the guest post rate begins at $65 and increases depending on the number of pictures, links, and optional newsletter inclusion.
