As you all might know from being an avid reader of this blog, I believe that food can be used as fuel for your body. This is exactly what Lindsey talks about in The Food Dare.

She designed this book for people who didn’t want to diet, for people who aren’t good at or don’t like to cook, she built it on proven research and nutrition facts and made it simple to follow. Now, I know that speaks to many of you so keep reading.

Without giving too much away, this book will give you a dare every day for 30 days. You’ll start by writing down your goals and then follow through 3 phases to get to that clean and healthy diet. It’s simple and it’s effective. As long as you commit to 30 days, you will be successful.
