It’s been just over 4 months since I started the DDPYoga program and boy, have I been working my body out to the MAX!  I’ve been averaging 5 workouts a week - sometimes more, thanks to the WiT group, and it’s high time that I gave my body a little rehab.  Today, I’m headed to the local day spa for a full-body massage and reflexology session!  I’m so excited.  I did a little research and learned just how helpful a good massage could be.  Check it out…you might want to book your own massage after reading this.
