Gluten Free Thin Mint Cookies
Ingredients:
- Gluten Free Glutino Chocolate Vanilla Creme Cookies
- 20 oz gluten free dark chocolate
- 2 tsp peppermint extract
Directions:
Twist cookies apart, scrape out creme and discard. Melt chocolate and mix-in peppermint extract.
Using a fork, dip cookie in chocolate mixture and place on parchment-lined cookie sheet. Place in freezer for 1 hour and enjoy!
