Pina Colada Smoothie
Mix together all ingredients and serve! Serves 2
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 tablespoons Flaxseed
- 3-5 ice cubes

Have you tried this with a fruit other than pineapple? I am allergic to pineapple and strawberries but would love to try this with another fruit. Thank you!

Well, it won’t taste like a pina colada, but peaches are a great substitute. 🙂
