Need a little get-up-and-go? Love coffee? Then this smoothie recipe is for you!
Iced Coffee Power Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coffee
- 1/2 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
- 1 banana, frozen
- vanilla protein powder (I used Juice Plus+ Complete in French Vanilla)
- handful of ice
- liquid stevia extract, to taste
Toppings:
- non-dairy whipped cream
- cacao nibs
Directions: Brew coffee then mix all ingredients together in blender (I used my Ninja). Top with non-dairy whipped cream and cacao nibs for an extra special treat!

Tried this. It’s okay but I really do not like bananas at ALL. Is there something you can suggest as an alternative.

Yes! Freeze yogurt into ice cube trays and use them in place of the banana. 🙂
