Knockout Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup pineapple, cubed & frozen
- 1/4 cup mango, cubed & frozen
- handful spinach, fresh
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 scoop Everlast VP Vegan Protein
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in blender and drink up!
Overall, I am REALLY enjoying this new vegan protein powder from Everlast. It’s healthy, it’s vegan, and it’s delicious!

I looked at the Everlast website and ordered the VP. I’ll have to use another vegan protein to make that smoothie, because I can’t WAIT! Meanwhile, try this one morning. Mix, or blend one sliced banana and two eggs. That’s the batter. Now, grab a griddle and some coconut oil and make pancakes. So easy even I can do it. And you don’t even need syrup.
