Fall is just around the corner so it’s time to get our legs and butt ready to rock those skinny jeans!
This month’s challenge can be done at home with no equipment other than the timer on your phone or watch.
Save the image below to your phone and repeat the circuit 1-2 more times after the original round. You’ll be performing 2 minutes of a cardio move with a 30 second rest, 3 times which equals 1 full circuit.
This is the perfect cardio blast to add to an existing weight lifting or yoga routine to really round out your workout regimen.
