Weigh Day #5 - It’s been 5 weeks on the eDiets meal plan and I’ve lost a grand total of TEN INCHES (10″) and TWENTY POUNDS (20lbs)!

I am so amazed at what I can do when I put my mind to it. I mean, 20 pounds is a LOT of weight. Let’s put this in perspective: 20 pounds is the weight of an automobile tire, the weight of a full propane tank, the weight of a karaoke machine, and the same weight as one of those giant dog food bags that no one can ever pick up and get into their shopping cart.
That, my friends, is a decent amount of weight. And if that doesn’t give you enough reason to believe in yourself or really understand how much a 20 pound loss of fat is - check this out:
UNBELIEVABLE! Not such a good accessory to be carrying around every day! So today, I celebrate my hard work and determination by not stopping! I’m down 9.5% in total weight loss and just 0.2 away from a healthy BMI.
This is just my beginning!
