Within minutes I had people sending me emails, tweeting me, and writing me on my account - giving me tips, sending me awesome links, offering their help - it was incredible. Even DDP himself and Arthur Boorman took the time to email me AND respond to me on . The support system they have build is truly remarkable and with that many people on your side - how can you fail?
I have always LOVED working out at home and I think that the addition of DDP Yoga to running, swimming, lifting weights, and volleyball could just about round out my fitness routine so that I never have a dull day again!
