I sweat, you sweat, even our little ones sweat, and it’s not just after a DDP Yoga workout.  We sweat because it’s our body’s way of cooling itself down and keeping our internal temperature at 98.6°.  But we don’t just sweat after a workout or a hot day on the beach - we also sweat in response to overstimulated nerves.  Now I don’t know about all of you, but I would think most of you do NOT want to sweat when you’re not in your gym clothes or at least let that sweat be visible to others.  So, we wear deodorant.

Our underarms are 1% sweat glands and 99% skin and that skin is very thin and sensitive.  We need to protect this skin from frequent shaving, harsh deodorants, and clothes that may chafe.  This is where Dove Advanced Care with NutriumMoisture Antiperspirant Deodorant comes in to play.  This stuff is the bomb!!  Normally when I switch deodorants I have a few days of irritation as my skin gets used to it - but not Dove.  My skin took to this deodorant like it was silk!  It protects from odor and wetness for 48 hours and has nutrium moisture in it to keep your skin super soft.  Normally I can’t use anything with a scent, but the light floral scent (nourished beauty) of this deodorant hasn’t been a problem and smells fantastic.  I’ve been using Dove’s advanced care deodorant for 2 weeks now and I am officially replacing my Secret PH deodorant with it.  If it can keep me dry and odor-free after a day of teaching 3 DDP Yoga classes then you better believe I’m ALL IN!  #RaiseYourArms
