Week 3 was all about believing in ourselves and knowing that anything is possible if you are willing to work at it! Here’s how this week went down:
2/17: Spoil Yourself! - Do something just for you today! Take a walk, go to yoga, spoil yourself! I bought myself a gorgeous new orchid!
2/18: 5 Mindful Minutes - Do good to your body, meditate for 5 minutes and find your zen. Thank you @bexlife for your AMAZING 4 minute mediation videos on YouTube!
2/19: Be Happy - Show us your happy place! My happy place with my two favorite boys in the whole world!
2/20: Thankful Thursday - Let us know what you are thankful for! I’m thankful of my family!!
2/21: Share the love - S/O to your #1 supporter/motivator! Big shout out to my main squeeze!
So what did I learn from all of this?! Well for starters, I learned that making time to do things for myself was the most challenging task & definitely something I need to work on. I realize now just how important it is to have a healthy balance between personal, work and family time. I also learned that meditation does a body good and I am going to incorporate this into my daily routine. And last, but not least, I realized just how lucky I am to be surrounded by the most supportive family & friends a girl could ever need!
