For a quick & easy breakfast to get you powered up try this delicious protein shake. (It also doubles as an amazing post workout shake!)
PB & Banana Protein Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Jay Robb Whey Vanilla)
- 1 heaping spoon of natural peanut butter
Directions: Mix together in blender and enjoy PB bliss!
