PB & Banana Protein Shake

There’s just something about peanut butter. It’s rich, it’s creamy, and it always hits the spot!

For a quick & easy breakfast to get you powered up try this delicious protein shake.  (It also doubles as an amazing post workout shake!)

PB & Banana Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Jay Robb Whey Vanilla)
  • 1 heaping spoon of natural peanut butter

Directions:  Mix together in blender and enjoy PB bliss!
