Fruit Popsicle Treats

There’s nothing quite as refreshing as a cold and delicious popsicle in the middle of summer!

But most of the ones you can get at the store are packed full of sugar and a bunch of other ingredients you can’t pronounce.

So, it was time for me to come up with a simple recipe for popsicles that was low in sugar, but also gluten and cow-dairy free.

I knew I wanted it to be creamy, but it also had to look appetizing to get my little boy to eat it, so I took a little cashew milk, blended in some agave and popped in some fruit for color and Voila! Super-simple and yummy popsicles.

The combination of flavors really is endless so get your imagination flowing and let me know your favorite flavors in the comments below!

Fruit Popsicles

  1. Dice fruit and set aside.
  2. Mix milk and agave together in blender.
  3. In 6 popsicle containers, fill 3/4 with milk mixture and toss in fruit of choice.
  4. Cover with popsicle top and freeze for 6 hours.
