August is here and we’re making it awesome by giving you a great HIIT workout.
This month’s workout can be done at home, with no equipment, getting in you in tip-top shape so you can show off those skinny jeans this fall.
Ready? Here’s how it works:
Save the image below to your phone and aim for 3-5 workouts each week. You’ll perform each exercise for 45 seconds, then rest for 15 seconds before moving onto the next. Perform 2 circuits and you’re done! You can do this workout as is or add to the end of your current workout regimen.
