Music has a special way of connecting with us.

It can lift our spirits when we’re sad, it can remind us of past feelings AND it can’t get you pumped up to work out!

We’re going to focus on the latter. 🙂

I believe that a killer playlist is instrumental (see what I did there) in getting you motivated to move.

Whether you like to hike, run, play volleyball or hit the mat for some DDP YOGA, a good workout is only a playlist away.
