  • Each workout is 20-30 minutes so it can easily fit into your busy schedule. 
  • Music plays a huge role in this program and the LIVE DJ beats keep you going strong ’til the end.
  • There are TWO modifiers. Yes, TWO, so no excuses! ANYONE can do this program!
  •  MM100 has a nutrition plan with meals to keep you full of energy and help you get the results that you want.

Here's a little bit about your trainer: Jericho McMatthews

Jericho is an international fitness trainer and presenter from LA. Her debut Beachbody workout she co-created was the 30-Day Core de Force mixed martial arts style program that sculpted cores around the world! 

Jericho comes from a dance background and has appeared in numerous global fitness marketing campaigns presenting for IHRSA, IDEA, MANIA, ECA, CanFitPro and Beachbody Coach Summit. 

She holds personal training certifications from NASM, ACE and AFAA and prior to co-creating Core De Force she spent 8 years with Les Mills. And she’s a Mommy!
