I am a DDPY celebrity trainer, personal trainer and pre/post fitness specialist!

I spend a LOT of time in the studio and with local clients BUT I want to help EVERYONE regardless of location and the ability to get out of the house. Because of BeachBody I am able to do that using a variety programs to help my clients achieve their health and fitness goals. 

I used to be a total gym rat, but I learned about 7 years ago when I had debilitating depression and anxiety, that HOME WORKOUTS WORK! 

How do they work so well? They are designed to have you work smarter not harder. Put in the work, mentally and physically, fight for what you want and we will get you there together! It’s that simple. 

Every month I hold bootcamps that focus on fitness, food and mindset.

These groups are GOLD because they help you stay consistent through the support of me and your peers. Because all of our programs take the guesswork out, they are the simplest and HEALTHIEST approach to weight loss.  Period.

When you start a weight loss or health journey it’s important to realize that it’s a marathon, not a sprint. It will NOT be easy. It will take WORK, especially on the days you don’t want to or can find all the excuses not to do it. BUT if you want to change you have to make some temporary sacrifices and step outside your comfort zone to grow. A little tough love, I know, but it’s important to understand. I will always be here for you – as long as you keep showing up and putting in the work, so will I!
