Summer 2018 has been all about where we can catch the rays and splash around to keep cool.
Last week we took a family road trip down to Fort Myers Beach, FL and every day we either played at the beach, splashed around in the pool or took out a boat to go shelling. It was absolute heaven for the kids and adults alike!
I’m a mom and fitness trainer and I know just how easy it is to get dehydrated in the sun so water was available every moment of the day. I was given the opportunity to try Starkey Spring Water before we left and loved it so much that we packed up the whole case and brought it down with us!
Starkey Spring Water comes from Starkey Springs in the foothills of the Idaho Mountains. It’s been a spring since the 1800s and comes from a 2.2 mile deep ancient geothermal spring near the Weiser River, hence their popular hashtag #DeepDownGood.
Why do we love it so much? Besides its smooth texture and lightly mineralized taste it hydrates with a gentle alkaline at 9.6 pH. It was so great to take with us to the beach as the kids hunted for shells and I practiced a little beach yoga. It was also a great accessory at the pool as I relaxed and watched the kids do handstands and flips. Even Grandma & Grandpa enjoyed Starkey Spring Water as they enjoyed a few kid-free moments in the hot tub!
There are 2 types of containers, glass and plastic. The glass bottle looks gorgeous and it’s perfect to serve at dinner parties in either the 16.9 fl oz or 33.8 fl oz. The plastic bottles are BPA-free PET plastic and perfect to take with you on bike rides, hikes and yoga class. Both can be upcycled or recycled so please do!

I could use a bottle of that right now! It’s super hot here in Florida and after working on the landscaping I really need to rehydrate. Love to do it with this delicious water. You’re looking good - must be the water. 🙂
